Find a good riding stable.

Theres a number of things you need to consider before ridding a horse. One of the major components about ridding is the preparation of your horse. Just like humans, horses like to get pampered as well. First step when preparing your horse is that you need to groom (brush gently) your horse. This step is like petting your horse and making them feel good and comfortable. This is the first step in the preparation of the horse. Usually this step will be done for you if you have joined a ridding center like KRC
(check last post here to know more about KRC).

The next big step with preparing your horse for ridding is putting the saddle on. For those that do not know what a saddle is, it is what i like to call it the "Chair" that the ridder sits on. After putting the saddle on you will need to assemble it and tie it to the horse, that part is called Girth. The final step in the preparation process is to get the bridle on which is the "Mouth piece" that connects you to the horse and gives you the absolute control over the ride.

From my experience, you will face a few problems assembling this the few first times but you will get the hang of it pretty soon!
